it's not the orbit that have planet in the line but it's a law term...which i dun even think they're related in any way...so,obiter dicta is any comment by the judge made in passing...just recalled that in modul teknik membaca kes...seriously there's tonnes of law term that i totally forgotten... gotta need to do some re-check or revision on that alone...

but that's not the story i wanna tell ya...i'm here to spill out about my new year's eve! credits to my beloved friends, liyana zainal, alif zulkefle and of course my sweet darling friend, amirah najihah... Im feeling fortunate enough to be invited by yana to such a huge event of the year...Its Miss Tourism International 2010 World Final and was happening at the Sunway Hotel...basically,the theme was promoting peace and love....There's a lot of things happened!!! It was awesomely amazing! and it isn't a lie....a picture can give thousands of words, so i'll just let you guys enjoy some of the pictures and see it for yourself.... : )

I might not use them,so,who wants them?

oh, I didn't manage to see Carven Ong!!!!! He went early.... Urghhhh,Not my Luck! for those who doesn't know him,he's a quiet famous designer of Couture Dresses!!!! And there was a lot of dancing performances also choreographed by Rafal Sojka..(I don't know this man,but he can dance,for sure! I love dancers!)

hi,HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011...I was once thinking of shutting down my blog because I didn't post anything for SIXXXXX-Monthsssss!!! BUT NOW, I changed my mind...because what is life if there's no life at all...I basically thought that I have no life here,in my new place, so I'll use this blog to reflect what kinda life i'm having here,now and then....

guessed I really don't have to post everything about me but I can post something that currently happening surrounds me!!! something I've spotted interesting!!!

TARGET READERS??? well,for the least, i have one die hard fan for 2011....ME!!! i heard some says the producers of bad movies didn't really watch their own movies,that's why it ends up as a bad-rated movie..its kinda make sense,so as taking the lesson-learnt part, I'll be my own no 1 die-hard fan for my own blog!!

I've been quiet for sometimes...

It's just when it comes to blogging, I have nothing to say,

I'm a talkactive person though....

It's just that I don't feel like being myself anymore,

or should I just consider it as the other side of me?

Writing & Talking are like 2 whole different things..

I speak my mind, but I don't write what's on mind..

A little confusing huh...

Upon request,I wanna write something lah..

To those who still read my blog,I love U guys so much! (did I just say that?love..)

Well,to those who might not know,I'm a kind of person that loves to take pictures so much...

Any pictures, using any camera devices from handphone or digital camera...

Long ago,starting age 11,I started to own my own personal pocket camera(share with my twin,of course)

We used to have normal Kodak camera that use rolled film...That was our 11th birthday's present..There,we have a lot of pictures taken and we also print it out...We have so many albums back then..We're like 2 professional person that can take film pictures without shaky or dark (because of the fingers block the flash) and the result mostly satisfying not just to ourselves but also others in the pictures...

Then,when the camera broke down,and not many use film camera that time, when we're in Form 2,we had Panasonic video camcorder...They use tape that time...We had a great time using that camcorder but unfortunately, the camcorder was thrown away by my dad... It was the last day for our Taekwondo's trainer that time, we got over-reacted, there was a video where we sang Titanic song and there's hugging scene a little, well we had Chinese trainer back then... A little carried away but not too much lah...(may sounds exaggerated a bit)... Then,my father got pissed off,we had to accept the fact that the camcorder was gone like that..What a waste!

The third camera was Canon A460...It was the most memorable,I guess..It was in blue colour,my favourite,fyi! We bought that when we're in Form 5..We were at boarding school...So,we have a lot of pictures taken! Every ceremonies, every events, every tournaments, everyyyy-thing was taken with the camera..All the memories back then in Mrsm Kuantan was in the camera...But there's one accident there,where a friend of us had unpurposely deleted all the pictures....We don't mind much...But yet still,its kinda sad...Then,I still got to use that camera in Uitm...and the end of the camera's life was when in VC cup in Melaka, the lense was broken...I couldn't do anything about it...After that,I uploaded less pictures in my FB( has anyone notice that??)

I was so sad about I lost my camera, but this one is sadder, I accidently, of course not purposely, "kamera yuyeen jatuh" dush,i felt like having a heart attack!(It all happens to fast) I know how much yuyeen loves that camera, as much as I do! Because I'm a camera girl too.... I live with the burden of guilt to yuyeen ever since, up till i get traumatized to even see a camera, not just hold or take pictures...It was very long( dari sejak sambutan bufday di TC) until I recovered to actually now I can hold a camera myself...Its all because yuyeen didn't even mad at me, the camera was okay(is it okay?I mean,really okay??) but yuyeen did not say anything about it.. I just consider as if because she loves our relationship more...hehe...Thanks Yuyeen!

To cheer things up, I lastly bought myself a very own personal pocket camera...It's a budget camera,so it's cheap and affordable (got some money from my dad..) Rm399... But then again, no rechargable batteries included (rm78)..Out of budget,I didn't buy the batteries yet.. I've longed saw the advert in the newspapers, I did some research on the net too, I really wanna buy blue colour but there's only RED colour available at that particular shop... Not saying much, I've bought it! I wanna learn how to use it efficiently and I wanna take more meaningful pictures but yet still wanna have it in pretty awesome forms ( as much as the camera can do)... I wanna take all my family pictures, all my friends should be in the camera, I mean all the people that I love! Few sceneries maybe with new awesome skills...not much as dslr can do..HAHA...

who doesn't have dream on marrying a prince..????

i do have such dream...

i still remember once when i was 10 years old,when i was with my twin,we had a looked at a Wanita's magazine,there was a slot, Dari Istana..THERE! our very first time fell for a prince, it was Tengku Amir Shah, Prince of Selangor, the youngest Pemangku Sultan at that time...we were so crazy fighting for this prince's picture! At last,my sister got that picture because she noticed it first..Then,few months ago, Wanita's magazine again! The same slot again, I saw his picture! But this one is a new version, a grown-up one..HAHA..i cut the picture from that magazine and show it off to my sister...HAHA...that was so a whole-lot of fun..Then,i found new prince from Negeri Sembilan, cannot recall his name but this one is quite cute too... Hey,as long as we have prince in our country,we can dream of a fairytale,where an ordinary people so called cinderella can be married to a prince...not so many countries have prince now except for England and Monaco,so I can recall....

Hence,i still can dream of my real prince in life....don't stop me by saying its ridiculous...because i believe we have rights to dream... (^.^)

there's a friend of mine,Liyana Zainal challenged me to find a lover in 100 days...

it is so funny..she asked me to learn how to love people..

i've been labelled as playful girl, mischievous kid, playgirl and not serious in loving people..

maybe there's some missing parts here that i couldn't find...

i love to see cute faces,i have so many harmless crush goin' on, but nothing ever end as a serious

relationship...i've been single ever since,i never had a boyfriend even in my high school years,that's a record...

I don’t know where to start…Things got rusty in my head, short-term memory… : D

(1) 2 days ago, I was fasting…Me and Dora went to Sekilau Corner to break our fasting…then, I saw this one guy, he stared at Dora…She didn’t notice it because she’s not wearing her glasses…Then, came this two people asking for donation, one guy along with his guitar and a girl… they’re from Philippines and collect donations for kids there. Dora started to speak Tagalog, she’s a bit Philipino,FYI… We did donate, the fact that the boy sang us ‘When you say nothing at all’,so cute… : D… Then, back to the guy which stared at Dora just now, he sat at the table in front of us… Then, he started to ask question at Dora… blaaa3….( I was ignored,total!)When he want to get back, he came to Dora and guess what, he said that he paid for our food and also a business card with his private phone number at the back! And of course Dora was shocked, then the best part is, she asked me “Die hensem ker?”

(2) A day ago, morning shocked! In front of Lab 1, mirul,FYI,my senior debate, said ‘hello Fanie’… OMG, I was wearing a mask and he noticed that I AM FANIE… What a shocked, you know why, the day before….it goes like this…. I was climbing the stairs to tutorial class at b404 if I’m not mistaken, it’s a tiring climb, you know, with the mask and people, I barely breathe, then…………… Gummy Bear was exactly stepping down the stairs,slowly, because it’s like a traffic jammed lorrrr….I was tired enough but then I suddenly change into an ENerGetiC fanie as usual, I was really really eager to greet him with a warm HELLO… I took slow steps, smiling till ears(for sure), THERE, we’re in the opposite, he’s exactly beside me! I said “HELLO” with a little bloody English essence (just to be noticed and it sounds sexier), BANG, He lookssssssssss down the stairs…. I was like……….urghhhhhhhhhhh….damn it! Mirah said maybe it’s because of the mask, therefore he didn’t notice me……………… (T_T)….

(3) It’s a long political evening… there are this three musketeers named as Zoul pOoh, Noh(where’s the hell he got this name) and Angie the Putra boy… I don’t know how this is started but it becomes exciting from one topic to another…Oh, I REMEMBER! Noh said that I wore my mask the wrong way… then , we started to fight, there I asked for evidence and who said that,where did you get that infos and so on so forth… I won of course!!! BUT No wonder he took law… Then, we opened up his blog, then we started to argue about what he had written, it controversional and debatable… I was lack of info and all of those, I listened with open-mouth (amused,amazed) luckily I’m wearing a mask or else I’ll look stupid in front of these clever people… : D you guys, rock it!

(4) Last night, the Kenduri Buah-Buahan Night! I was so like lazy to go but then I went too so that I can see my Gummy Bear…huhu… He’s not wearing Baju Melayu, while the rest of the people wore it and looks so like Malays… lelaki2 melayu terakhir… Didn’t mind, he’s cute in my eyes. I was blinded, seriously shit, hate it! Besides stalking Gummy Bear, there were game last night, ‘I Love You’ game… Amirah challenged me to say ‘I Love You’ to the 3 musketeers, Zoul pOoh, Noh, and Angie (he was not found and soon replaced by Aziz,is that his name…not sure)… I did it whole-heartedly and I got Dutch Lady Chocolate MILK, yeayyyyyyyy!!! It was easy since all the boys were very sporting, except for pOoH, I believed he kept that magical words to Atomen Only… :D… but the best part of all, Noh asked me to say it one more time! "Sekali lagi boleh" OMG, so funny!!!

(5) I’m a crazy person! I wish birthday to my adopted brother today but his birthday is actually next week… today is one of my friends’ birthday, Amad or Ain’s future husband… I planned something to make it looks special, I found out this crazy idea to play Dora’s keyboard, I don’t have music basic(FYI), I picked grand piano button and started to play ‘Birthday Song’, just like the one at the commercial adverb at TV… I played few times and I called him laaa… I was nervous! HE picked up…

“sounds I was playing the part,(music only)…happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birth….(I lost the note!)”

I repeat, key-off at the same place because I hit the wrong note!

It was quiet, I didn’t say anything,not even a word!

Amad suddenly says “Fanie? I don’t know you play piano”

I am so embrassed, loudly I said “I screwed up! It’s not a piano laa, my friend’s keyboard. I don’t exactly know how to play it and I screwed up, I screwed up” (I was talking so fast and sounds like crying…hands on my face…)

It turns the other way around, Amad said to me “Fanie,Fanie, It’s so sweet! Thank you so much!”

Hahahahahaha….I laughed at myself so loud! Can’t believe…so appreciated! : D

It's been quite sometimes i didn't open this blog...since march...
I forgot my password,that's one, secondly, I'm so stuck thinking of what to write in this....
so,basically,now I'm in UiTM Kuantan, doing my pre-law study... it is a 3 sem course,one and a half year where else in Shah Alam, there's only 2 sem... How cool is that? So cool because it is near my house, back home, again.... I would never want to leave my hometown... Not yet...
ouwh, I think I'm always busy....
Don't want to write too long, who's gonna read this anyway...

i went to jomheboh few days ago.....it was a beautiful day,the weather is warm enough after raining before....i met few artistes and took pictures with them...they were friendly and cute...haha...owh,i met Cicakman!!! It was silly for when i thought about it...haha....oh,the best part is in The Keliwon House(haunted house)....it was not the ghost scared me, but there's one big fur like a gorilla hug me from the back! euwllll......hate it!!! then,before I went to watch movie at Mega, I went to Hotlink booth...how excited I am, the Dj said 'put your hand up, who wants to have a poster?, put your hand up'...I raised my hand, he came closer to me, God, you know what did he said? 'menari macam saya!!' what kind of dance, I myself don't know...haha...I just make some move, then he threw me a poster.... what have I done to the poster? I threw it in a dustbin...haha...but I had such a great experience!!!!

today is most likely the most stressful day ever in my life....i've been through a lot of things before i can really get my license....oh,feel so relieved now!!! so many things happened,oh well i don't want to forget to thank my driving teachers...thank you so much and all my lovely friends for their full support...i love you guys!!!this is going to be an unforgettable day in my life!!

sumting about kids

well,i like kids but not for me....this pic is me wif my cousin, Basha.... he's actually my auntie's son,but she gave him to my uncle since my uncle can't have baby... what i don't like about kids is the fact that its hard to control them....they cry whenever they want and its disturbing me.....i have to keep both eyes on him whenever my turn to watch him... kids are very hard to persue them, they are naturally gift with sense of honesty....they know when people are being dishonest with them,i mean like not keeping them company with sincerity but just because we had to...haha.... they also so naive that they don't even know how to lie.....if you want to know you are pretty or not,go ask the kids, prepare for the most suprisingly answer from them.....haha.....that's about the small kids, let see how about an older one...
uh,once they can talk,they talk everything they know!!! be careful, nowadays, kids are often talk anything that they heard before them.... sometimes, it annoys me a lot when i see kids talk like a grown up people...i just thought that is way too much.....they're not even grow up yet.....to the parents,oh, please, please, please, don't just watch your mouth, watch your kids' mouth tooooo.... i'm sorry if this might irritates few people but i just write whatever i feel...

semalam pegi belajar kereta kat wimozad...urmmm,hari2 penantian yang membosankannnn kat situ...akhirnya petang tu dapat jugak aku keluar kat atas jalan raya tapi malangnya aku bawak kereta macam pe ntah....brek di merata-rata tempat, ye laaa rase macam laju sangat kereta tu jalan padahal 40km/j jerrrr....jalan B, cikgu memandu aku? kesian dier aku tengok, selalu kena nasihatkan aku.....kecian la dapat anak murid yang macam aku nih, bawak kete ntah pe2,xrelax laa, mengelamun laaa......macam2 lagi....balik tuh rase menyesal plak dan macam xbersedia plak nak ambik test jpj nanti, mampos la aku klu dapat jpj garang ataupun yang skema nak mati....abis laaaa.....
